Moodle is èßäÉçÇø’s learning management system, where you can access materials and activities for their classes. Log in to using your èßäÉçÇø credentials to access course pages for any classes in which you are currently enrolled.

Click on the My courses link at the top of any Moodle page to find your Moodle course pages. Filter by viewing all the courses, or view courses that are in progress, upcoming, or completed. You can also view any starred, or favorite, courses. Or, you can click on the Dashboard link at the top of any Moodle page to view recently accessed Moodle courses.

In addition to recently accessed courses, the Dashboard also includes a timeline of upcoming assignment due dates for all your courses and a calendar showing course events. Note that only assignments and events that have due dates assigned by your professor in Moodle will show up in the timeline and calendar. 

While you can use the filter feature on the timeline to view overdue assignments, be aware that the timeline only shows overdue assignments from the past two weeks. Overdue assignments with earlier due dates do not appear on the timeline.

Within a Moodle course page, use the option to expand or collapse all to show or hide content in the course page. You can also expand the course index area on the left to easily navigate to a different week or resource on the course page.

Course pages for the upcoming semester usually become available to students the Friday before classes start. Some professors choose to allow earlier access to their Moodle course pages or choose to keep their course pages inaccessible to students until after the beginning of the semester.

Not all èßäÉçÇø courses use Moodle. If you do not see a Moodle course page for one of the courses you are taking, your professor may not be using Moodle.

If you add a course after the start of the semester, you will gain access to the course Moodle page once you have officially enrolled in the course. If you would like access sooner, talk to your professor.

Many professors use Moodle to communicate with their students. You may receive an email notification when there is a new course announcement, when an assignment has been returned, or when there is a new post in a forum you are subscribed to. Emails have subject lines indicating that they are from Moodle. 

Many classes at èßäÉçÇø use e-reserves for course readings. You can find the e-reserves for your classes in Moodle, usually toward the top of the course page. The reserves are listed in alphabetical order by author last name and are available either by link or for download.
